The opportunity

High-volume outbound calling for business owners.

You will work from a pre-qualified list, speak with South African business owners and book them into a short online meeting to discuss a website and marketing system prepared for their business.

You are not initially responsible for closing the sale. Your main responsibility is to start the conversation, qualify the opportunity and book the appointment.

What you will do

Book qualified meetings. We handle the close.

You will contact business owners from a list we provide, explain the reason for the call and book interested prospects into our calendar.

Call business owners

Work through a qualified list and speak directly with owners or decision-makers.

Create interest

Explain why we contacted them and create enough interest for them to view what we have prepared.

Book the appointment

Add prospects to the calendar, update notes accurately and flag unanswered calls for retry.

This role may be for you if...

  • You have at least two years of outbound cold-calling, telesales or appointment-setting experience.
  • You are confident speaking directly with business owners.
  • You can handle rejection and keep calling consistently.
  • You are accurate with notes, follow-ups and booking details.
  • You have a reliable computer, headset, internet and quiet workspace.

This is probably not for you if...

  • You are looking for an inbound customer-service position.
  • You have never done high-volume outbound calling before.
  • You struggle to follow a script or update a tracking sheet.
  • You are not comfortable being measured on activity and results.
  • You cannot work independently from home.

Fixed retainer plus performance upside.

Strong performers can increase earnings through qualified appointments, paid customers and future progression into a fuller sales role.

There may be an opportunity to progress into a full-cycle sales role, where you would also conduct the sales calls and earn additional commission on customers you close.

Start as an outbound appointment setter. Your focus is call volume, appointment quality, attendance rate and accurate notes.

Future opportunity

Top performers may be trained to conduct the short sales calls as well, creating significantly higher earning potential.
